




Job Summary: Responsible for supervising the technical assistance team, inspecting units after delivery, managing communication with buyers, ensuring warranty compliance, and reporting to management. Customer satisfaction assurance and operational efficiency **RESPONSIBILITIES:** LEAD AND SUPERVISE THE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TEAM AND CONTRACTORS TO ENSURE RESPONSIBILITY COMPLIANCE. OVERSEE DETAILED INSPECTIONS OF UNITS AFTER DELIVERY, IDENTIFYING AND DOCUMENTING DEFECTS OR DISCREPANCIES. MAINTAIN EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION WITH BUYERS, PROVIDING INFORMATION ON WARRANTIES, DEADLINES, AND RESOLVING COMPLAINTS PROFESSIONALLY. ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE DEVELOPER'S WARRANTIES, REPAIRS, AND REPLACEMENTS WITHIN ESTABLISHED DEADLINES. SCHEDULE AND OVERSEE REPAIRS IN ACCORDANCE WITH QUALITY STANDARDS. MAINTAIN DETAILED RECORDS OF INTERACTIONS, INSPECTIONS, REPAIRS, AND COSTS. PREPARE REGULAR REPORTS FOR MANAGEMENT. ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY. PREPARE BUDGETS AND REPORT FOR APPROVAL. TECHNICALLY EVALUATE SERVICE REQUESTS AND GUIDE EXECUTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS, ENSURING CORRECT MATERIAL USAGE. **REQUIREMENTS:** Education: Technical or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, or related fields. Minimum experience: 2 years in post-construction activities, technical assistance, building maintenance, or construction quality control. Technical knowledge in reading and interpreting architectural, electrical, and hydraulic drawings.
