




**Job Description:** WHAT WILL BE PART OF YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage relationships with condominiums, including conducting meetings, sending satisfaction surveys, and resolving any issues; Monitor condominium performance, using data to identify improvement opportunities; Prepare and conduct monthly and quarterly meetings with condominiums to discuss their progress and plan for the future; Identify and recommend condominium management content for condominiums; Track addendums and action plans between operational departments. **Requirements:** WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Experience in negotiation; Experience in problem solving; Experience in customer management; Good communication skills with customers both online and offline; Experience with Google Tools; Availability for evening meetings (condominium meetings); Availability to work on-site; DIFFERENTIAL: Experience with CRM tools; Experience with condominium management platforms. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Working Hours:** WORK HOURS AND LOCATION: Location: Av.
