




Responsibilities: Conduct client prospecting, approaching clearly and objectively, making initial service presentations, sending promotional materials, clarifying doubts, capturing attention, and scheduling meetings for the sales team; follow up on sales from beginning to end, including after-sales; Maintain the Sales Department's control system updated, recording contact attempts, conversations held, etc., enabling monitoring of department activities; Conduct research on captured leads and qualify them to ensure these leads actually have potential to become customers; Seek new business opportunities and help increase lead value so that they engage with the sales executive with greater interest in the solution; Be well aligned with the sales team and other company departments; Know how to smoothly hand over leads to the sales consultant, avoiding no-shows and low lead engagement; Perform other related and inherent duties of the position, as well as tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
