We respect diversity and believe diverse teams contribute to building more innovative ideas. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Help us design the solution!** If you are a Data Analyst who is not afraid of challenges, enjoys business rules, and values knowledge sharing, you are VERY CLOSE to joining our DB team. You will be responsible for driving data initiatives. **Responsibilities** * Act as a bridge between business areas and IT to gather analytical requirements; * Map information needs and support the definition of performance indicators and metrics; * Contribute to data modeling and analytical architecture definition; * Develop and enhance dashboards and reports in Power BI; * Perform data cleansing, integration, and transformation through ETL/ELT processes; * Support strategic and operational analyses based on data; * Ensure quality, consistency, and reliability of information provided to internal departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements to apply:** * Availability to work **hybridly, 2 days per week in Porto Alegre**; * Proficiency in **SQL**; * Solid knowledge of **Power BI**; * Experience with **ETL/ELT** processes; * Knowledge of **SAP** environments; * Hands-on experience with **data architectures** and analytical modeling; * Familiarity with cloud environments, **especially Azure**. **Nice to have:** * Experience in **Retail** projects; **Additional Information** **Here’s what you’ll get:** * Market-competitive compensation; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Health and dental insurance; * Remote work subsidy; * Life insurance; * Flexible working hours; * Dress code: Be yourself; * TotalPass: Care for your physical and mental health. **About DB** We are a custom software development company.
