We are looking for a talent to join us as an Intern. **Let’s transform collaboration into results—together!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Respond to customer complaints via Customer Service (CS) (future migration to SAP Commercial); * Respond to complaints submitted to the Ombudsman Office; * Assist in scheduling customer requests; * Update data; * Support other departments (customer relations, legal, communications); * Analyze payment requests from third-party companies, validating forms and photographic evidence; * Correct data entries in metering forms; * Provide support to the metering team during the cycle, adjusting items as needed; * Consolidate the metering database according to received approvals and upload it to the portal; * Update the process with necessary information to finalize payments to third-party companies. **Requirements and Qualifications** What we expect from you: * Technical degree in Electrical Engineering; * Technical degree in Renewable Energy; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite **Additional Information** Why join Grupo Equatorial: By joining our team, you’ll become part of a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning, personal growth, and proactive contribution from every talent.
