We create fashion that connects with real life, empowers people, fosters a sense of belonging, and boosts self-esteem. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Researching trends and visual languages; * Collection creation and development (color palette, mood board, trims); * Product construction and collection development (technical specification sheet creation, raw material selection, supplier development follow-up, and fit sample monitoring); * Monitoring and approving print development, color, and trims (when applicable); * Follow-up and approval of products with suppliers; * Involvement in styling department activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or related fields; * Experience in product development; * Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency; * Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Advanced and/or fluent English. **Additional Information** **Work Location: Porto Alegre \- RS** **Work Modality: Hybrid (4 days per week in the office)** **Learn about our benefits!** * Check eligibility based on your position.
