**Job Description:** • Guide, support, and monitor pedagogical work alongside teachers. • Monitor students’ learning together with teachers, contributing to the advancement of the teaching-learning process. • Support planning and organization of daily routines. • Assist the School Principal and Vice-Principal in decision-making, aiming to improve the developmental process and curriculum enhancement. • Support planning of the school’s staffing structure for the upcoming academic year, as well as the corresponding academic calendar. • Remain vigilant regarding the security of personal data of students and their families to which access is granted, complying with provisions of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). • Ensure unity of pedagogical action, pursuing continuous improvement toward achieving established objectives. • Support implementation of the school’s full curriculum, coordinating and guiding teachers’ activities related to planning, execution, and evaluation. • Participate in Class Councils by analyzing the class as a whole, individual students, and teachers, proposing pedagogical interventions and monitoring their implementation. **Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy. - Experience in Elementary Education Coordination. - Technical competencies: Proficiency in standard written and spoken Portuguese; intermediate knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office suite, and internet; familiarity with education policies, regulations, and legislation—including the Statute of Children and Adolescents (ECA), the National Education Guidelines and Framework Law (LDB), and the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC); ability to develop projects, reports, action plans, teaching plans, pedagogical-political plans, and individualized educational plans; minimum two years of classroom teaching experience; experience managing teams. **Minimum Educational Qualification:** Bachelor’s Degree **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Benefits:** - Transportation allowance - Meal allowance - On-site meals *Apply via the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
