Responsibility for cost management, process stability, and process suitability **R&D ANALYST** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: R\&D of products for the Cosmetics, Personal Hygiene, and Fragrance industry, with emphasis on formulation development; R\&D of products for the Sanitizer industry; Responsible for all stages of product development, from literature research through to dissemination to the Marketing department. Responsible for formulation cost calculations/adjustments and technical support to CDQ; Conducting product stability monitoring studies using the ANVISA method; Monitoring project stability timelines; Submitting products for clinical testing and performance evaluation; Adapting processes for large-scale production; Maintaining an organized department and all necessary documentation for research and post-research activities, supporting the laboratory when products enter pilot testing; Seeking new proposals for product development, preparing finished product samples, and issuing progress reports for approval; Responsible for formulation cost calculation and adjustment, support t **Requirements:** Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed in a relevant field; Highly organized and focused; Experience in R\&D for sanitizers and cosmetics; Extensive knowledge of botanical extracts and active ingredients; As well as other raw materials required, consistently seeking new trends and improvements; Proficiency in GMP; Knowledge of ANVISA Resolutions (RDC) for sanitizers and cosmetics, and all other processes and LAWS related to these processes and GMP; Driver’s license category B and willingness to travel. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Flexible hours **Benefits:** Salary negotiable.
