Collaborates with engineers, architects, and other involved professionals, and provides support for strategic decision-making regarding project improvements and adjustments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure all aspects of construction works comply with current safety, environmental, and legal standards. * Collaborate with senior management and other departments to provide information supporting key decisions, such as project modifications or process adjustments. * Control project budgets and costs, making necessary adjustments to prevent financial overruns. * Coordinate work teams and suppliers, ensuring activities are carried out according to plan and that all parties fulfill their commitments. * Develop, plan, and monitor construction schedules, ensuring timely completion and efficient resource allocation. * Generate detailed reports on project and construction progress, presenting data on advancement, costs, and any issues encountered. * Manage all project- and construction-related documentation, including contracts, licenses, permits, and required records. * Identify potential project risks and propose preventive or corrective actions to mitigate impacts. * Maintain consistent communication among clients, suppliers, engineers, and other involved professionals, ensuring alignment on expectations and progress. * Supervise construction execution, ensuring compliance with quality standards and technical design specifications. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical Course in Building Construction or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Ability to prepare budgets and control project costs. * Knowledge of safety regulations (NRs), construction and infrastructure legislation, and regulatory requirements. * Proficiency in interpreting engineering and architectural drawings. * Project and Construction Management software such as Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM (Building Information Modeling), among others. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance Attendance Card Meal Allowance or Food Allowance – R$ 28.00/day (with 20% payroll deduction) Health and Dental Plan – no monthly fee for the employee Annual Bonus based on achieved goals GymPass – access to gyms and wellness services Life Insurance **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 17:48 – Monday to Friday We are a strong, experienced group driven by health.
