Guide the team and propose improvements ###### **Porto Alegre, RS****The company accepts applications from candidates residing in Porto Alegre and nearby cities** ###### **Supervision/** **Coordination** ###### **R$7\.570,00 \- R$8\.506,00** ###### **CLT Employment Regime** **Job Details** -------------------- * Supervise maintenance activities to ensure fleet availability according to the maintenance standards adopted by the JCA Group. * Assign tasks to be performed, identifying priority based on operational needs, ensuring fleet availability; * Guide, monitor, and validate services performed by the team; * Propose appropriate alternatives to optimize the cost-benefit ratio of the maintenance process; * Guide the team on proper resource usage to eliminate waste; * Ensure that maintenance execution complies with established norms and standards outlined in procedures; * Conduct team meetings to exchange information and discuss topics relevant to maintenance goals, performance tracking, and indicator improvement, gathering inputs for enhancing maintenance activities; * Prepare technical reports analyzing failures to support decision-making; **Requirements** -------------- ### **Minimum Education** Completed undergraduate degree ### **Other Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet; * Residence in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre \- RS **Benefits** -------------- Medical assistance Dental assistance Life insurance Transportation allowance Meal allowance R$ 748,00
