Enhancement of organizational learning practices Coordinate Human and Organizational Development initiatives, strategically supporting people development and strengthening organizational culture through the design of performance evaluation, succession planning, leadership development, and employee experience practices—ensuring alignment with business strategy. We operate across Southern Brazil. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate the implementation of leadership development programs and academies designed to drive engagement and active participation from involved stakeholders. * Coordinate training needs assessments across departments and structure the annual training calendar aligned with business needs. * Enhance organizational learning practices by selecting methodologies, content, and vendors that address identified competency gaps. * Coordinate the competency assessment cycle and calibration process in collaboration with the Business Partner (BP) team, providing methodological support to managers for delivering feedback and Individual Development Plans (IDPs). * Ensure smooth internal communication channels, guaranteeing that strategic information reaches all levels clearly and objectively. * Develop cultural rituals and internal marketing campaigns aimed at strengthening the employer brand. * Organize corporate events and engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive employee experience at every touchpoint with the organization. * Coordinate talent development programs such as intern and trainee programs. * Manage area performance indicators, leveraging data to continuously improve programs. * Manage the area’s budget, ensuring effective allocation of financial resources. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree * Solid experience in corporate education and leadership development programs. * Experience in competency assessment cycles and calibration, talent mapping, and succession planning. * Experience in corporate events and internal marketing is desirable. * Experience managing metrics relevant to the area and budget management. **Additional Information** * Meal voucher or food allowance * Unimed Health Plan * Uniodonto Dental Plan * Health and wellness programs * Wellhub/Gympass * Pluxee Cuida (legal, financial, and social support) * Pharmacy partnerships * Life insurance * Annual Profit Sharing (PLR).
