Job Summary: Lead the administrative team, manage operations, optimize processes, and develop talent, reporting results to corporate management. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative team leadership 2. Process implementation and improvement Main Responsibilities: Lead the store’s administrative team (supervisor + assistants/analysts); Set goals and priorities, and monitor operational KPI performance; Ensure adherence to deadlines, routines, and SLAs for administrative activities; Implement and enhance operational controls, processes, and checklists; Conduct periodic alignment meetings with regional coordinators; Identify process failures and propose effective action plans; Develop the team with a focus on operational excellence and internal satisfaction; Monitor and analyze performance data and operational outputs; Report results and insights to corporate management; **Responsibilities and Duties** Requirements: Solid experience in administrative operations management; Strong analytical capability and focus on metrics and KPIs; Experience managing distributed teams; Full availability for travel across inland regions of Rio Grande do Sul, including various cities/regions; Communication skills across all hierarchical levels; Desirable experience in retail/field operations processes; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Economics, Management, or related fields; Preferred: Experience in continuous improvement projects, Lean, Six Sigma, or process automation. **Requirements and Qualifications** We are an agribusiness company founded nearly five decades ago.
