Join our network too! \#vemprarede Main Responsibilities: * Provide efficient and courteous customer service; * Identify and implement effective solutions for credit recovery; * Record negotiations and update internal systems as required. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing high school education; * Mandatory documentation: ID card (RG), CPF (tax ID), proof of residence, proof of education, and work card. Note: * Don’t worry if you lack experience! You will undergo training to acquire the necessary skills. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:48 AM to 6:00 PM\.
