Job Summary: A Marketing professional to manage campaigns, analyze metrics, update websites, implement SEO, and manage marketing and email automation. Key Highlights: 1. Google Ads campaign management and metric analysis. 2. WordPress website updates and SEO implementation. 3. Lead management with marketing automation and email. Position: Marketing Assistant Employment Type: Permanent Salary: To be discussed Working Hours and Days: Monday to Thursday, 07:20 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:20 PM; Fridays, 07:20 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:20 PM Education: Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree Required Experience: Familiarity with Google Ads campaign management (creation, monitoring, and optimization); basic knowledge of metric analysis (Google Analytics); experience updating WordPress websites; familiarity with Google Tag Manager (tags and events); SEO knowledge (search engine optimization); experience with RD Station or other marketing automation tools; experience in lead management and sales funnel; planning and execution of email marketing campaigns; creation of automation and lead nurturing workflows Participating Cities/Neighborhoods: Gravataí, Cachoeirinha, Canoas, Esteio, Sapucaia do Sul, Porto Alegre (north zone and downtown) Responsibilities Google Ads campaign management (ad creation, monitoring, and optimization). Website performance and metric analysis using Google Analytics. Content updates and management on WordPress websites. Implementation and management of tags and events using Google Tag Manager. Application of Search Engine Optimization strategies to improve organic search rankings. Lead management and marketing automation via RD Station platform. Planning, creation, and execution of email marketing campaigns. Creation of marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and engagement. Requirements - Relevant work experience.
