Coordination of implementation and improvement projects **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and supervise IT department activities * Ensure high availability of critical hospital systems (electronic health records, ERP, clinical systems) * Manage IT infrastructure (networks, servers, data center, cloud, backup, and information security) * Define and implement information security and LGPD policies * Coordinate system and technology implementation and improvement projects * Manage IT contracts and vendors (software, hardware, and services) * Ensure service continuity through contingency and disaster recovery plans (DRP) * Monitor system performance and establish departmental KPIs * Support hospital accreditation audits and processes * Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to assess technological needs * Lead, develop, and evaluate the IT team **Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields * Postgraduate degree in IT Management, Information Security, or Hospital Management is desirable **Experience:** * Solid experience in IT management * Experience in the hospital or healthcare sector is desirable * Experience in team and project management Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Up to R$15.000,00 per month Work location: On-site
