We seek someone who values people, strong connections, and transforming everyday work into a better place! **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to end users, helping resolve issues related to IT infrastructure such as networks, servers, and operating systems; * Monitor IT infrastructure to ensure availability and adequate performance of IT services; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on infrastructure systems and equipment, such as firewalls, switches, access points, and servers; * Maintain updated documentation regarding infrastructure, including network configurations, support procedures, and security policies; * Collaborate with other team members to resolve problems and implement infrastructure improvements; * Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in IT infrastructure through training and events; * Assist in analysis and diagnosis, installation, configuration, administration, operation, and monitoring of logical, physical, and virtual networks; * Support user administration and access-level management for file servers, OS upgrades, email, and other departmental resources; * Provide remote support to address questions and/or resolve issues, and perform OS and security patch maintenance. **Requirements:** * Minimum: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Computer Networks, or Information Systems. **"Here, everyone has space to grow.
