Join our network too! \#vemprarede Main Responsibilities: * Provide efficient and courteous customer service; * Identify and implement effective solutions for credit recovery; * Record negotiations and update internal systems as needed. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing high school education; * Mandatory documentation: ID card (RG), CPF, proof of residence, academic transcript/certificate, and work record book (CTPS). Note: * Don’t worry if you lack experience! You will undergo training to acquire the necessary skills * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:48 AM to 6:00 PM\.
