Join our network too! \#vemprarede Main Responsibilities: * Provide efficient and courteous customer service; * Identify and implement effective solutions for credit recovery; * Record negotiations and update internal systems as needed. Requirements: * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Mandatory documentation: ID card (RG), CPF, proof of residence, proof of education, and work record book (Carteira de Trabalho). Note: * Don’t worry if you lack experience! You will undergo training programs to acquire the necessary skills * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:48 AM to 6:00 PM\.
