**Full job description** * Provide initial reception services to patients, family members, and visitors of the institution. * Register and update patient data in the hospital system. * Open patient service files and refer them to the respective departments. * Verify personal identification documents, medical referral forms, authorizations, and health insurance plans. * Guide patients and their families regarding institutional service workflows. * Handle incoming telephone calls and route them to the appropriate departments. * Organize the service queue according to institutional protocols. * Provide general information about operating hours, departments, and hospital services. * Assist in controlling patient and visitor entry and movement within the facility. * Schedule appointments, examinations, or procedures. * Maintain organization at the reception area and ensure smooth service flow. * Accurately record information in the hospital system, as well as operate hospital information systems. (GERCON, GERPAC, TASY) * Report incidents or specific requests to the responsible departments. * Ensure humanized and welcoming service for all users. * Safeguard the confidentiality of patient information. * Assist in organizing departmental documents and administrative routines. * Adhere to institutional regulations and service protocols. * Manage medical schedules, appointments, and other procedures. * Perform hybrid, informative, and circulation-related services. * Operate hospital information systems Flexible working hours required; Profile: Empathy, Teamwork, Compassionate care, Strong communication skills.
