Verify billing forms, authorizations, medical records, and other documents required for billing. Enter procedures according to fee schedules, contracts, and health plan rules. Monitor submissions, returns, claim denials, and appeals with health plans and municipal health departments. Support reconciliation of billed, received, and pending amounts. Assist with monthly billing closing. Conduct quotations, issue purchase orders, and track deliveries. Support inventory control for supplies, medical materials, and administrative items. Maintain organized records of fiscal documents, invoices, contracts, and purchase logs. Comply with internal policies, contracts, and sound administrative practices. Facilitate communication with reception, clinical staff, finance, and suppliers. High school diploma required.
