Description

Perform internal and external collection and delivery of correspondence and documents, banking services, and operational support in the office. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What are the challenges for this role:** * Make payments, deposits, and withdrawals at banks; * Deliver and collect various documents to and from banks, notaries, public agencies, clients, and suppliers; * Monitor traffic fines; * Send correspondence or small packages to clients and suppliers; * Conduct minor purchases; * Assist with administrative tasks related to telephony; * Assist with administrative tasks related to fleet control and maintenance; * Identify opportunities for improvement and non-conformities within your area of responsibility; * Perform duties according to the company's needs, especially in administration; * Deliver and retrieve vehicles for maintenance; * Purchase supplies for the cafeteria; * Transport people whenever required. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What would be ideal for you to have:** Completed high school; Desirable: ongoing undergraduate studies in Administration or related fields; Driver's license category B. **Additional Information** **Our benefits:** Comprehensive medical assistance for dependents; Dental plan for dependents; Company-subsidized on-site meals; Meal allowance; Education assistance; Childcare assistance (for female employees with children aged 4 months to 5 years); Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Profit and Results Sharing Program.
