Maintenance of workplace organization and cleanliness **Snack Maker Responsibilities** **Dough Preparation** Prepare savory snack doughs (e.g., coxinhas, risoles, pastéis, etc.) according to house standards. **Filling Production** Prepare fillings (e.g., chicken, beef, cheese, etc.) with flavor and quality. **Snack Shaping** Shape and assemble snacks while maintaining consistent size and standards. **Frying/Baking** Fry or bake snacks to the correct degree, ensuring crispness and flavor. **Quality Control** Inspect flavor, texture, appearance, and product standards. **Organization and Cleaning** Maintain a clean and organized workplace in accordance with hygiene regulations. **Inventory Control** Check ingredients and notify when restocking is required. **Large-Scale Production** Produce in volume without compromising quality, especially for orders. **Standardization** Follow recipes and consistently maintain product standards. **General Support** Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed.
