PROFESSIONALS RESIDING IN PORTO ALEGRE, ALVORADA, AND VIAMÃO. As a CNC Lathe Setup Operator, you will be responsible for programming and adjusting CNC machines, ensuring parts are manufactured with the highest precision and meeting quality requirements. Your technical skills and attention to detail will be critical to the success of our manufacturing team. **Salary and benefits: R$ 15.00/h \+ 40% Hazard Pay** **Working hours: Monday to Thursday – 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:48 PM; Friday – 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:18 PM to 5:00 PM.** In addition to your technical skills, the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with other team members is vital. You must be able to follow precise instructions and work methodically to ensure consistency and quality across all operations. Proficiency in programming, setup, and operation of Fanuc and Siemens controls. Ability to handle measuring instruments, and to read and interpret technical drawings. Meticulous attention to detail, sense of responsibility, commitment, personal availability, organization, interpersonal skills, leadership, initiative, and decision-making ability.
