Job Summary: Nursing intern to support the healthcare sector, perform system entries, assemble patient records, and contact patients' family members. Key Highlights: 1. Support for the healthcare sector 2. Assistance in preparing addenda and budgets 3. Contribution to the Quality Management System **Responsibilities and Activities:** * Support the healthcare sector under the supervision of the technical responsible person; * Assist analysts in preparing addenda and budgets; * Enter visit scheduling data into the IW System; * Assemble patient records for delivery to patients' residences; * Contact family members and conduct telephone follow-ups for patients enrolled in programs such as Home-Based Care and Hospitalization, Specific Intervention, Skin Lesion Treatment, and Equipment Rental; * Assist in conducting home visits and low-complexity procedures; * Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in **Nursing**; * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** is desirable; Job Type: Internship Compensation: R$950.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * In which semester are you currently enrolled (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.)? * Which shift are you attending classes?
