We are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to strengthen our team and accelerate our online channel performance. You will work at a growing company, with autonomy to test, learn quickly, and directly impact business metrics.
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (primarily paid traffic and email).
* Support social media management: calendar, posts, and engagement.
* Update website/blog content (basic on-page SEO).
* Monitor metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads.
* Support creation of landing pages and lead nurturing flows.
* Prepare performance reports and improvement insights.
* Interface with the sales team to align leads and opportunities.
Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Prior experience in digital marketing at mid-level (agency or in-house).
* Practical knowledge of paid traffic (Meta Ads and/or Google Ads).
* Understanding of SEO, sales funnels, and customer journey.
* Proficiency in marketing automation or email tools.
* Strong writing skills for digital environments (posts, ads, emails).
* Organized, analytical mindset, and comfort with numbers/reports.
* Availability for 100% in-person work under CLT employment regime.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in digital businesses, infoproducts, or B2B.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, RD Station, Pipedrive or similar).
* Basic design skills for simple asset adjustments (Canva, Figma, etc.).
* Certifications from Google, Meta, or other marketing platforms.
