Training and Development Assistant - Temporary

Carry out training and development activities in accordance with the needs and requirements communicated by the Organizational Development Analyst. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform all operational tasks related to training and development; * Work with spreadsheets and systems to maintain proper processes and controls for in-person and EAD (distance learning) training; * Assist in prospecting, briefing, and contracting training and development suppliers/consultancies to execute the annual T&D plan; * Support operational DO (Organizational Development) tasks: Probation Period Evaluation (hiring and promotion); Leaders Development Program (PDL); Young Apprentice Program; and all T&D practices; * Assist in implementing action plans, measuring KPIs, and controlling and issuing reports in T&D systems; * Support execution of the annual T&D plan (in-person/EAD), including managing classes, administering reaction and effectiveness evaluations for internal and/or external trainings, and forwarding evaluation results to stakeholders; * Assist in analyzing and finalizing the Training Needs Assessment to help draft the annual T&D plan; * Carry out, as requested, the Onboarding Program and Integration Training for new employees and apprentices; * Assist in organizing internal events promoted by the department; * Assist in promoting and operating the Mobiliza (EAD) platform, as well as creating content using the Aplique tool within this platform; * Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies and LGPD; * Keep departmental files organized and up to date; * Uphold the company’s overall quality standards by suggesting improvements or corrections to adopted processes and/or procedures; * Perform additional duties beyond those established for the position, considering internal demands and/or instructions from the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY:** * Completed high school education; * Experience working in T&D (Training and Development) processes; * Experience working with distance learning (EAD) platforms; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **DESIRED:** * Currently pursuing technical education; * Courses focused on people management / human resources; * Knowledge of TOTVS tools/systems and EAD (distance learning) platforms (Mobiliza). **Additional Information** **Upon Hiring:** ****Fuel Allowance (Caju Card) or Transportation Voucher (TRI Card) Meal Allowance and/or Meal Voucher (Caju Card) R$ 46.00 per business day We are Unimed Central de Serviços, a cooperative integrated into the Unimed-RS Business Cooperative System, whose purpose is to foster development and generate economic value for all Unimed cooperatives in Rio Grande do Sul.
