




Job Summary: Professional responsible for studying, adjusting, operating, and assembling machining tools, performing adjustments and tests, as well as carrying out calculations and selecting materials. Key Highlights: 1. Machining on machine tools (lathe, milling machine, and grinder) 2. Reading and interpretation of technical drawings 3. Assembly and adjustment of parts using hand tools * Study the machining tool or device to be built by examining the drawing, sketch, model, and specifications, and programming the sequence of operations; * Adjust and operate various machine tools, acting on their control mechanisms to perform cutting, threading, drilling, grinding, etc.; * Operate according to the part’s design; * Assemble and adjust component parts of the piece using hand tools; * Disassemble worn or defective tools, dies, or assembly devices, using hand tools such as open-end wrenches, socket wrenches, thread chasers, and hammers, and refurbish them; * Sketch, adjust, assemble, and put into production devices and tools so that sketches retain technical data, surface finish symbols, and types of fits, in accordance with standards, enabling interpretation and transfer to CAD systems; * Perform spring calculations for accurate specifications; * Select materials and thermal treatments for each part within an assembly, especially for replacements; * Responsible for conducting stamping tool tests together with the press operator; * Reading and interpretation of technical drawings; * Basic technical calculations; * Basic metrology; * Machining on machine tools (lathe, milling machine, and grinder); * Manual adjustment work; Minimum 3 years of experience; Completed high school; Mechanical Technician qualification preferred; Benefits: Health insurance; On-site meals; Transportation allowance (VT); Pharmacy card; Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2.000,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
