Recruitment and Selection Analyst - Temporary

Description

We are seeking a professional to attract and select candidates whose profiles best align with Central's culture, as well as the competencies and responsibilities defined for each opportunity, thereby sustaining service quality and talent attraction strategies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the recruitment and selection process—including Gupy system operations—from job opening to closure, performing: briefing, candidate sourcing, competency-based interviews, administration of behavioral and specific (technical) assessments, and presentation of finalist candidates to internal clients; * Create templates and implement other necessary customizations to ensure full functionality of all recruitment and selection process stages via the Gupy system; * Identify and operationalize recruitment and selection demands in accordance with the requirements, specifications, and needs of each client and each vacancy; * Propose new alternatives and strategies for candidate prospecting, conducting active multi-platform candidate sourcing; * Manage the entire "candidate and client journey", providing feedback for proper alignment and course correction, aiming to close vacancies; * Organize data collection and processing to populate and analyze recruitment and selection KPIs; * Onboard new employees by operating the onboarding process in the TOTVS system; * Conduct onboarding for new employees and apprentices, introducing them to recruitment and selection processes; **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology; * Experience in Recruitment and Selection (operational, tactical, and administrative roles); * Experience with the GUPY system; * Experience handling high-volume recruitment pipelines; * Basic knowledge of onboarding and benefits; **PREFERRED:** * Coursework in Psychological Assessment; * Completed Bachelor’s degree; * Human Resources KPIs; Competency-based selection. * **Additional Information** **Upon hiring:** Fuel allowance (Caju card) or Transportation Benefit (TRI card); Meal and/or Food Allowance (Caju card) of R$ 46.00 per business day. ***This is a temporary position with no possibility of permanent employment after the contract period.*** We are Unimed Central de Serviços, a cooperative integrated into the Unimed-RS Business Cooperative System, whose purpose is to foster development and generate economic value for all Unimed cooperatives across Rio Grande do Sul.
