We offer customized solutions to meet our clients' human resources needs. **Responsibilities:** Receive production schedules and organize the department to meet requirements; receive, plan, and delegate internal client demands related to the production area. Enforce team organization and cleanliness; maintain equipment via service requests or work orders. Ensure subordinates correctly complete required records; properly fill out production records, including P.A., NI generation, and ME generation. Conduct performance evaluations, handle hiring and terminations, enforce regulations, and administer personnel overall; foster internally—within one’s team and among peers—a development-oriented and growth-focused environment for work in Sapucaia do Sul / RS. Previous experience as Production Coordinator, Operations Manager, Production Leader, or Manufacturing Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
