Onboarding of new employees, benefits administration: cafeteria, chartered bus. Management of ISO 9001 documents. Knowledge in training & development, ISO 9001. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Familiarity with all personnel administration routines and thorough knowledge of labor legislation is desirable; * Proficiency in the Ronda time-tracking system and Senior’s payroll software is essential; * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. **BENEFITS:** Salary: BRL 2,278.83 Benefits: To be discussed.
