Job Summary: We are seeking a Supply Analyst to manage systemic product allocation across Brazil and LATAM, collaborate with brands on planning, and control inventory levels—contributing to process management and continuous improvement. Here’s what this opportunity will involve day-to-day: We seek candidates for the Supply Analyst position, responsible for systemic product allocation for Brazil and LATAM, as well as leading structured planning processes in collaboration with brands through scheduled meetings. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the Supply Team to control and balance inventory levels across stores, while also supporting data generation, analysis, and monitoring of KPIs—contributing to the management and continuous improvement of allocation and supply processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform product allocation to stores; * Lead Supply meetings with multidisciplinary teams; * Ensure defined activity targets are met according to plan; * Monitor KPIs and propose actions to maintain store inventory balance; * Track evaluation metrics, KPIs, and area management indicators; * Identify and propose operational improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree (e.g., Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, Engineering, IT, or related fields); * Strong focus and organizational skills; * Analytical ability; * Teamwork and effective communication skills; * Ability to work under pressure, set priorities, and meet deadlines; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint skills, and programming knowledge is a plus; **Additional Information** **\*\*Internal Candidates Application Deadline:** **30/03/2026** **Work Location: Porto Alegre\-RS** What excites you?
