




Job Summary: We are seeking a Training and Development professional to design and deliver training programs, support team growth, and impact hundreds of employees. Key Highlights: 1. We value individuals who learn quickly, are passionate about human development, and enjoy seeing teams grow through training and performance. * Assess training needs across stores and corporate departments. * Design, plan, and deliver in-person and online training sessions. * Develop training content (manuals, presentations, videos, learning paths) for technical, behavioral, and sales training. * Conduct onboarding for new employees and ensure training materials remain up to date. * Monitor training performance metrics (NPS, participation rate, action plans). * Support incentive and performance campaigns (e.g., quarterly sales campaigns). * Manage the training platform and record employee progress. * Support managers on development topics, feedback, learning paths, and growth plans. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience in Training & Development (T&D) or Corporate Education. * Strong communication, presentation, and content creation skills. * Proficiency with presentation tools and training platforms (Zoom, Google, LMS). * Organizational skills, creativity, and effective time management. * Energy, proactivity, and results orientation. ### **BENEFITS** * Dynamic environment with abundant learning and growth opportunities. * Opportunity to impact hundreds of network employees. * Culture focused on results, innovation, and continuous development. * Benefits: Meal Allowance (VA), Total Pass, Nexti Club, Dental Plan. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
