Job Summary: Responsible for production testing, implementing process improvements, and developing new products to ensure agility and cost reduction, as well as contributing to technical training. Conducting industrial technical training * Responsible for all production tests and implementing process improvements to ensure agility in applying new products or technologies and cost reduction across all industrial processes; * Contribute to the development of new products and technologies through testing, research, and development; * Achieve cost reduction through improvements in factory processes; * Support training scheduling by delivering all technical training related to the industrial area. Minimum Education: Technical Course
