In this role, your primary challenge will be to serve as the terminal maintenance lead—handling service requests, identifying and resolving issues, monitoring and tracking terminals, and accurately recording all activities in the appropriate control systems. Then check out the responsibilities for this position **Responsibilities and Duties** **Analysis and Diagnosis:** Identify root causes of issues, resolve them remotely, and, if necessary, dispatch field technicians with appropriate solutions. **Monitoring and Updates:** Track ticket statuses and maintain detailed records in Salesforce. **Technical Support:** Provide remote assistance for diagnostics, updates, and procedural guidance for on-site technicians. **Vendor Coordination:** Coordinate services with vendors, issue work orders, and monitor execution. **Interaction Logging:** Update tickets with information from IVR interactions, e\-mails, and other contact channels. **Maintenance Planning:** Organize preventive and corrective maintenance for terminals to ensure operational continuity and reduce failures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education or currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields; * Experience in remote support; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with ticketing tools (Qualitor / Salesforce preferred); * Logic and test programming skills; * Knowledge of Trauma Zero and Zabbix. **Additional Information** People with disabilities are very welcome!
