Job Summary:
The Field Service Engineer/Technician will be responsible for installation, calibration, and maintenance of ophthalmic medical equipment, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

**About Our Field Service Engineer/Technician Position:**
Area of Focus: Ophthalmology, with emphasis on Refractive Surgery
Work Base: Porto Alegre, with travel throughout Brazil
**Responsibilities:**
* Installation, calibration, and maintenance (preventive and corrective) of medical equipment, focusing on surgical ophthalmology, particularly refractive procedures.
* Maintain records of performed services and submit reports on completed service visits.
* Ensure customer satisfaction according to service metrics, including timeliness, performance, and quality.
**Requirements:**
* Prior experience working with medical equipment.
* Experience in ophthalmology is a highly relevant advantage.
* Basic IT knowledge (formatting hardware, installing software, configuring networks).
* Technical education (Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields).
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
* Proficiency in English is essential.
