We are looking for a **Data Control Analyst** to join our operations team, focusing on report and dashboard creation in Excel and Power BI, providing analytical support to managers and the executive team. If you are analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoy transforming data into decisions, this role is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collect and organize operational data from various internal sources. * Develop reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI, delivering clear and relevant insights to the operations team. * Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data used in management reports. * Support managers with analyses and strategic perspectives to inform operational decisions and identify improvement opportunities. * Collaborate with other departments (e.g., IT, Finance, Sales) to ensure data consistency and integration. * Automate data update and reporting processes and routines to improve efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields. * **Experience:** Prior experience generating and analyzing data in operational contexts. * **Skills:** * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas). * Experience with Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling). * Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to transform data into insights. * Strong communication skills for interactions across all organizational levels. **Additional Information** At Saque, you are free to be yourself!
