**Knowledge:** Knowledge of ETL/ELT and data pipelines; • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI and Qlik Sense; • Experience with relational and non-relational databases; • Familiarity with machine learning techniques and predictive analytics; • Experience with data orchestration (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Airflow); • Knowledge of data engineering and data processing platforms, such as Databricks and Azure Data Factory; • Use of Databricks / Spark for distributed processing; **Responsibilities:** Analyze business KPI results and people performance, identifying opportunities to improve results delivery; • Participate in Data Science projects focused on business-area problems that can be addressed with data; • Analyze opportunities to promote a data-driven culture across the company; • Collect data from multiple sources, such as databases, corporate systems, spreadsheets, and digital platforms; • Analyze data and apply statistical techniques and analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations; • Develop analytical and predictive models to support decision-making; • Create interactive dashboards and reports, ensuring clarity, objectivity, and accessibility of information; • Consolidate data from different sources to build a single, reliable view of information; • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency, including identification and correction of inconsistencies; • Present analyses, conclusions, and recommendations clearly and structurally to managers and stakeholders.
