Creates and develops new culinary productions. Pastry Chef We are seeking a **Pastry Chef passionate about the field** to join our team at the Hilton Porto Alegre. This professional will be responsible for preparing and presenting desserts and pastry products with excellence, ensuring quality and creativity in every detail. **Key Responsibilities:** Responsible for organizing, coordinating and executing departmental activities. Prepare and finish desserts and pastry products according to Hilton standards. Ensure impeccable quality and presentation of items served to guests. Follow recipes and procedures, maintaining consistency and flavor. Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet daily demands. Comply with hygiene and food safety standards. Supervise production to avoid waste and excessive costs. Creates and develops new culinary productions.
