We are looking for **talents** who want to accelerate with us, tackle challenges, and seek new solutions in our **Production** area—and who are motivated to execute production-related processes with FuelTech’s standard of efficiency and quality! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support analysis of production methods, workflows, and processes, suggesting improvements. * Maintain and adjust production support systems (traceability, data entry, quality, dashboards). * Develop SQL queries, reports, and production indicators. * Provide technical support to production (registrations, configurations, initial failure analysis). * Assist in integration among industrial systems (MES, ERP, and equipment). * Monitor production indicators and support loss-reduction initiatives. * Document solutions, processes, and system changes. * Support identification and resolution of process anomalies. * Assist in testing and validation of systemic improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Automation and Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Initial experience in an industrial environment, MES, or IT applied to manufacturing (internships count). * Basic/intermediate knowledge of MySQL. * Programming logic in .Net. * Knowledge of dashboards or BI tools. * Understanding of system integration (MES/ERP/databases). * Basic ability to read electrical diagrams. * Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC). * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills. **Desirable Requirements** * Familiarity with PLCs (Siemens, Rockwell, WEG, or similar). * Basic knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC, MQTT). * Experience with production traceability. * Experience in the electronics industry. * Programming logic in Python, C, C\+\+, or web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML). * Familiarity with Industry 4\.0 or Industrial IoT. * Technical English. * Certifications in automation or PLCs. **Additional Information** **Health Plan \-** Take care of your health with our Doctor Clin (Max) Health Plan.
