Currently, we have over 1,200 employees working across various contracts in the state of Rio Grande do Sul; this position is for our team in Canoas/RS. **Requirements:** * Technical qualification in **Building Construction**; * Prior experience in this role is a **plus**; * Knowledge of technical drawing reading and interpretation; * Basic proficiency in tools such as **AutoCAD** and **Excel**; * Organization and responsibility. **Job Responsibilities:** * Construction and service supervision and monitoring; * Technical drawing reading and interpretation; * Measurement control and progress tracking of activities; * Support in preparing technical reports; * Coordination with suppliers and field teams; * Ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards. **Working Hours and Benefits:** * Formal employment contract (CLT); * **Salary:** To be determined; * Meal allowance of **R$ 37.00 per day**; * Transportation allowance of **R$ 250.00**; * **Hospital and dental health plan**, fully subsidized by the company; * **Gympass**; * **Monday to Friday**, from **8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** (with a 1-hour break).
