Organization and maintenance of workplace hygiene **BAR ATTENDANT** **Job Description:** Guide customers on using the bar's system and introduce them to the venue. Actively promote restaurant and bar menu items; Register new customers. Process order closures and receipts; Welcome guests attending events, parties, and reservations; Assist in preparing the dining area and event setups; Serve customers via telephone, in person, and through apps (WhatsApp and Instagram); Receive and process payments via various methods (cash, debit, and credit cards), issue fiscal invoices, and correctly record transactions in the operational system. Perform cash register opening, monitoring, and closing; make necessary corrections; record all activities per self-control regulations; securely store all receipts (cash and credit cards) in a safe. Ensure cleanliness, organization, hygiene, and safety of the workplace. Support and contribute to cleaning, dining area setup, organization, preservation, and maintenance of the bar environment, including clearing plates and cutlery from tables. Complete loss reports and monthly inventories of bar and restaurant utensils and furniture.
