




Job Summary: Support the Resource Acquisition area in preparing and analyzing accounting documents, controlling financial statements, and organizing documentation for financing and partnerships. Key Highlights: 1. Support the Resource Acquisition area with accounting analyses. 2. Control and consolidate financial statements for institutions. 3. Maintain relationships and resolve outstanding matters with financial partners. * Support the Resource Acquisition area in preparing and analyzing accounting documents for banks, securitization companies, and investors. * Control balance sheets, trial balances, income statements (DRE), cash flow statements, and other financial reports submitted to financial institutions. * Consolidate information from SPEs and prepare financial packages for due diligence. * Organize tax, accounting, and corporate documents for financing, addenda, and credit renewals. * Maintain relationships with accounting departments, auditors, controllers, and legal teams. * Address outstanding items identified by banks and ensure prompt, comprehensive responses. * Update the data room and ensure accuracy of information shared with financial partners. * Control supporting documentation for fund disbursements and monitor financial schedules.
