Behavioral Profile: We are looking for a dedicated and passionate nursing technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting and an active registration with COREN. The ideal candidate must be committed to the well-being and care of residents, as well as familiar with patient progress documentation systems. Job Details: \- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents and patients, ensuring their safety and comfort. \- Continuously assess and monitor residents’ and patients’ health status, accurately documenting and recording information in patient progress systems. \- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans for each child. \- Administer medications, procedures, and treatments as prescribed by nurses and physicians. \- Ensure compliance with hospital safety regulations and policies. \- Stay updated on best practices and advancements in the field. Requirements and Qualifications: \- Diploma in Nursing Technology and active registration with COREN. \- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospital nursing, preferably in pediatrics. \- Familiarity with patient progress documentation systems and electronic health records.
