Frosting homemade cakes and finishing products in general. 2\. Preparing fillings; assembling pies when necessary. 3\. Strictly following technical specifications, with the ability to scale recipes up or down as needed. 4\. Collaborating as part of a team while maintaining a relaxed and light atmosphere. 5\. Keeping the workspace clean and organized, especially utensils used and the environment at the end of each shift. 6\. Exercising autonomy and critical judgment to correct potential errors, ensuring final product quality. 7\. Demonstrating proactivity to suggest, create, and refine existing products. * Working hours: \- Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour break) \- Tuesday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM \- Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1-hour break) * Work location: Vicente da Fontoura, 1819 * Base salary: BRL 2,200.00 \+ benefits (promotion opportunity) * Benefits \- Meal allowance = BRL 20 per day \- Transportation allowance = VT recharge or fuel voucher \- Hazard pay = additional 20% \- Health insurance after probation period \- Employee discounts on Misses Cakes products * Deductions \- Payroll deductions (INSS, approximately 7%\-10%); VT (6%) Employment type: Permanent CLT Compensation: starting from BRL 2,200.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you reside in Porto Alegre? * Do you have experience producing homemade cakes?
