Process Analyst

Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing, monitoring, and interpreting KPIs; ensuring process compliance; conducting structured analyses; and mastering ISO standards. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency with automation tools and Power BI * Experience: Minimum 2 years in process analysis and evolution, digital product and/or platform development. * Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree \- Technology / Systems / Quality REQUIREMENTS * Develop, monitor, and interpret performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and decision-making support. * Monitor process compliance with internal standards, legal and regulatory requirements, identifying risks, proposing controls, and supporting audits. * Conduct structured problem analyses using methodologies such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and Lean tools, tracking action plans and measuring results. * Proficiency in key requirements and guidelines of ISO standards relevant to the organizational context (e.g., ISO 9001, 27001, 20000, among others). Includes interpretation, implementation, maintenance, and auditing of controls and procedures mandated by these standards. * Experience with automation and digital transformation tools: RPA (Robotic Process Automation) * Ability to develop, maintain, and analyze dashboards and reports using Power BI.
