Results-oriented focus and cost control OPERATIONS COORDINATOR Location: Canoas/RS Employment Type: CLT or PJ Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise installation teams, ensuring activities are executed with quality and within established deadlines; * Plan and organize installation schedules; * Maintain direct contact with clients, suppliers, and project managers; * Act as the interface between designers and installation teams; * Manage schedules, monitor project progress, and ensure deadline compliance; * Guarantee delivery quality and proper service completion; * Control operational costs, reducing rework and unnecessary travel; * Monitor execution against the plan, analyzing actual performance versus planned targets; * Conduct technical and administrative project closeout. Requirements * Experience in construction coordination and team management; * Knowledge of heating and refrigeration systems is desirable; * Driver's License Category B is a plus.
