**Job Benefits;** Health insurance, dental insurance, on-site cafeteria, meal voucher of R$ 600.00, cost-of-living allowance of R$ 200.00, life insurance, employee discounts on products, and attendance bonus. **Description of tasks the professional will perform;** Supervise logistics department activities, monitor receiving, warehousing, order picking, and shipping processes, lead and guide the operational team, control performance and productivity indicators, manage and organize inventory, monitor loading operations and delivery deadlines, ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations, support resolution of operational issues, coordinate with other company departments, prepare reports, and monitor improvements in logistics processes. **Requirements;** Prior experience as a Logistics Supervisor, hands-on experience in team and logistics operations management, knowledge of receiving, warehousing, shipping, and inventory control, ability to work with performance indicators and goal tracking, familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite, leadership profile, organizational skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields, and availability to work according to operational demand.
