Professionalism, punctuality, and organization. **Role: General Services Assistant** This professional will be responsible for ensuring cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of residential premises, guaranteeing a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for residents, staff, and visitors. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform daily cleaning of all areas, including rooms, hallways, restrooms, bedrooms, and outdoor spaces; * Sweep, scrub, and mop floors to ensure hygiene and surface preservation; * Clean and disinfect tables, chairs, countertops, glass surfaces, doors, and other commonly used items; * Conduct thorough restroom sanitization, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and trash bins, keeping them stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and hand sanitizer; * Restock hygiene and cleaning supplies, maintaining control over consumed materials; * Ensure proper care and usage of cleaning equipment such as brooms, mops, and buckets; * Assist in organizing spaces, especially after meals, activities, or internal events; * Perform deep cleaning whenever necessary, including windows, walls, tiles, refrigerators, and microwaves; * Report any irregularities observed in the premises or maintenance needs to coordination; **Expected Profile:** A responsible, punctual, and organized professional with attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone.
