




**TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Provide support and propose improvements to the internal IT infrastructure environments of the company, such as Dell, HP, and IBM servers; Provide support and propose improvements to the physical and logical connectivity and security of the organization's computer networks; Provide technical support (Help Desk) on-site and remotely to system users, peripherals, and computers; Perform maintenance and hardware configuration of workstations and mobile devices used; Provide internal support for WAN and MAN networks in a Windows environment (Active Directory), VNC, Terminal Service, security policies, Windows and Linux platform domains; Monitor computer network protocols and their services (TCP/IP, subnets, DHCP, DNS, IP routing, gateway, Proxy, Cisco firewall, IPS, IDS, DMZ, among others); Provide support for email, printing, VPN, telephone systems, video conferencing, and other services; Maintain the technical inventory (Software and Hardware) of all equipment (workstations and mobile devices). **Requirements:** Requirements: Previous experience in the role is required; Higher education in progress; Knowledge in: ITIL, Windows and Linux Network Administration, Hardware Maintenance, GNU, Total Quality Management - TQM, VMWare Environment Virtualization, Microsoft Environment Virtualization, Project Management – PMI. **Minimum Education Level:** High School **Work Schedule:** Flexible hours **Benefits:** Salary up to BRL 2,200.00 + Benefits.
