If this resonates with you, join our team and become the bridge between users and the company’s technological infrastructure. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical support ensuring availability and performance of existing platforms at BAUMINAS; when necessary, guide and train users, and monitor and track incidents or service tickets; * Promptly and accurately address user requests, registering and resolving them according to technical procedures, handling user support tickets to ensure users can effectively perform their work activities; * Support the updating of technical procedures by reviewing technical documentation to enhance agility, reliability, and robustness in corrective and preventive actions within the BAUMINAS environment; * Support the technical training and knowledge transfer to interns, monitoring and guiding their activities as needed to ensure their development and proper handling of support incidents, as well as sharing knowledge with peers and the entire team; * Support updating the knowledge base by monitoring the review of operational procedures, researching new solutions, critically analyzing processes, and proposing improvements to ensure problems are resolved quickly and with quality; * Safeguard the company’s image by maintaining confidentiality and integrity of information, monitoring execution of environmental verification routines, and proactively protecting the environment to ensure BAUMINAS’s integrity in the market; * Support installation and updating of third-party systems, interacting with vendors and documenting required actions to maintain proper service functionality; * Perform other related duties consistent with the nature of your work, upon request from your immediate manager; * Report to your immediate manager whenever irregularities or opportunities for process improvement are observed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * EDUCATION: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. * ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE: Networks, physical infrastructure, desktop and notebook equipment. * SKILLS: Organization, initiative, analytical thinking, cooperation, communication, and business ownership mindset. * VALUES: Ethics, confidentiality, and commitment. * LANGUAGES/LEVEL: Basic English. * RECOMMENDED KNOWLEDGE: Telecommunications, ERP systems, and servers. **Additional Information** * Solid knowledge of the following platforms: * Windows 10/11; * Microsoft Office; * Solid knowledge of network printer configuration; * Solid knowledge of basic computer maintenance; * Knowledge of Windows server administration; * ITIL knowledge is desirable; * Driver’s license (Category B) is desirable.
