Superlegal Brinquedos \- Chácara das Pedras is a company specializing in high-quality toys. It offers a wide variety of products that stimulate children's creativity and development. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for managing all daily operations of the store, ensuring achievement of sales targets, performance goals, and high standards of customer service. Based on the company’s job descriptions, key responsibilities include: Team Management: supervise, motivate, and develop staff to ensure a productive work environment. Operational and Sales Management: manage opening and closing routines, control cash flow, and develop strategies to increase profitability. Inventory Control: ensure proper organization, restocking, and maintenance of inventory, conducting periodic stocktaking. Customer Service: guarantee excellence in service, ensuring positive experiences for families and children. Visual Merchandising: ensure correct product display and overall store organization. Previous experience as Sales Supervisor, Store Coordinator, Sales Manager, or Sales Team Leader may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
